i bought these a couple of years ago to put on my p6 but never got round to it....i sold my p6 in november so these are just gathering dust in the garage....i decided to polish them and started to strip one back...you can either carry on doing this or just spray it back with alloy wheel paint so...

trying to get hold of the two airfilters and exhaust gaskets for my v8,however the motorfactor i use dont have the p6 listed,do any of the later sd1's or range rovers have the same items? And are the exhaust manifold studs the same throughout these engines? Thnx

the buckskin seats on my p6 are past their best...faded and cracked around the top of the fronts..just wondering if anyone has experiance of having them recovered...have had a quote of £300 to do the lot or would be cheaper in vinyl....also have a set of cloth seats from my spares car...would it...

couple of topics in one here...firstly any one recommend replacement filters for su carbs?...will filter socks suffice or are a couple of kn type filters better...any clearence issues?? second topic...my rover sounds lovely but only has a one box system..i could drive round multistorey carparks...

been out tonight in my rover and coming back stopped of somewhere for half an hour...when i`ve got back in the dash didnt come on when i switched on the lights...the warning things like indicaters and main beam lights all work...but no back lighting...also all the rear lights went out...

finally got my v8 on the road...went throught the mot ok but when i`m braking in the real world (not on the rollers) the servo stops working..brakes are ok at first then pedal goes rock hard as the servo stops helping,brakes still work but obviously more presure needed to stop...at stand still...

just had a look and will need longer wheel studs to get the jeep alloys on....question is will the ford 7/16 unf ones fit??

I`m looking to lower my p6 and fit some 16/17" alloys...have seen a few posts on here about lowering springs....just checked ride heights for production models and the early series 1`s are 1 1/2 " lower...is this due to shorter springs? if so would these fit onto my 72 V8? thanx jonny
