Hi folks Have a 1972 2000 sc. When the car is warm it starts to run 'lumpy'. Is this likely to be a carburettor thing or something else ? It's hunting I guess you'd say. I think the idle needs adjusting, but thought I'd check collective wisdom. Why only when warm? Cheers all

Job done. With the help of Dad's workshop. We tapped out the discs and replaced the broken piece of cable. Heater control leaver fell off in my hand on the way home - another little job :D Cheers Mart

Yep guys you were spot on, found the fuse labelled ignition control blown, 3 fused for £1.35 from the Texaco station down the road and we are sorted. Thanks both, and nick d for the steer :)

Looks like a nice car - pity it's not a 2200... and pity that cheque from the tax man hasn't dropped onto the doormat yet.
