Rover P6 Club National Rally, Petworth, September 2nd 2012:

What can I say, I'm a marque enthusiast. And I have owned my P5 twenty seven years this month so must show some solidarity with her. :)
However Bruiser will be prowling the streets again soon enough. I'll go & terrorise the caravanner's of St Osyth next time we vist the out-laws.

Me and the family are coming in the Citroen c4 as we are in the market for a nice 72 plate 2000 or 2200. Be nice to say hello to Chris y as he's been on a mission for me, via mr dunning :)

Looking forward to walking around with my tongue hanging out!

See U Sunday

 im just kidding :D

I'm not

Well...

Having been long-resigned to not making Petworth due to family committments, it would seem there may be a Supreme Being after all and there's a chance Occie might be trundling down early Sunday morning.

Just booked in with Dave G anyway...so I hope that's not tempting fate.

Fingers crossed!

Same situation , bit last minute , booked it over the phone last night . Looking forward to meeting some of you guys . ( I'll be the tall one on my own :D ) I'll try to bring some sun shine from Bournemouth :D

Hi to all going to Petworth.
I just wish you all a safe journey to and fro and a great rally when you are there – as I am sure it will be. Sorry that I am unable to attend – it happens to be my wifes` birthday and we will be in Paris for the weekend -- ( booked it up in February before I knew of the rally) Have a great time one and all !!!

LYK has decided to die on me.

Hoping to come along "Roverless" nonetheless so I can just drool.

As you'll be aware we cannot access the rally site until 10am tomorrow. RV for people coming from the north looks to be Kev's layby about 1 1/2 miles short of the main gate at Petworth on the A283. As you approach Petworth, about two miles south of Northchapel you'll see Kev's sign (The Bacon Butty) and the (large) layby is on the right hand side.

Duncan will be there early with Kev.

There will also be parking pending the gates opening at Hampers Green, opposite the Petworth Park entrance, but we cannot clog the main road.

See you all tomorrow!

Cheers
Nick

Pae lives! Will update dizzy story soon, but most importantly I'll see you all tomorrow! :)

Rich.
