It's ready!!!!! Going to collect it tomorrow morning.
Given the weather today (heavy rain here and the roads are filthy) I'm quite happy to wait for tomorrow.
Barten, the strengthening strap inside the front wings has been removed completely - it's not needed if the wing is secrured to the car properly with the upper and lower straps. Lots of the other rust areas on the panels are caused by there being very little or no paint on the back of the panel so once it's been cleaned up and painted it won't rust through.
Other panel modifications are mainly to remove lumpy factory weld seems and sharp edges, also welding pressed corners together properly where the edges of the panels are folded round.
