Pipped at the post there Rich LOL. PAE is looking very nice, I bet you are pleased with that.

Thanks Frazzle, it is brilliant, yes. Sorry to hear that you may have to lose your P6 , I hope you are able to keep it.

Don't know when your side strips will get done though - Clive's busy for the next few weeks
I am on the lookout for a good venue and will take some arty pics when the strips are on, should be fun. Clive is always busy  I am sure he can set a few minutes for me though. I hope.

Thanks Kevin. I have said this before, but I hope Sparky can live up to people’s expectations. It is still a work in progress after all.

Cheers Adam, won’t be long I am sure. I would have loved to go to the Rover Show at the airfield down in Leicestershire, but without side strips and a bit of tim e to potter around to check reliability, I didn’t want to go on a 2 ½ hour trip. He will be at Elsecar, hopefully Rugely if it’s on this year, and hopefully Saltaire (My little sister is getting married sometime in September and Sparky has been asked to do the honours )

Damn right I am . I will be very careful to put a limit on what I do next winter, I don’t want to lose the ability to cruise and go to shows for another summer and a half like I have this time.
Next year I have the chrome to sort out, maybe the seats to recover, and possibly the roof and rear quarter panels to cover. We will see. Oh and the carpets to cut to size and retrim.
I may even get the chance to get the windscreen wipers to turn off when I want them too, you never know
I am going to miss writing it up to this thread, but I suspect it will be easier to start a new one then.
