Webmaster - More news

Hi Richard

Just wanted to add my best wishes to you and hope you return to full health ASAP.

By coincidence I was on a training course yesterday with a colleague who has just returned to work having recovered from his second bought of leukemia, he had had a relapse, and he is now firing on all eight cylinders.

All the best

Ron

Welcome to chez webmaster, home for the next few weeks.

And a lovely view over to the peak district, my calculaions put me on the 16th floor, so thats got to be at least 160 feet up.

Todays treatment was a bit of a wakeup call, after the past three courses passed largely uneventfully, just the first bag of drugs came and bit me square on the bum today, shivers so I could barely stand, followed by 1/2 hour of continous vomitting, oh well, it only lasted a few hours overall and I'm feeling ok again now.

Repeat tomorrow !, apparently it gets better each day as the body gets used to it, fingers crossed

What excellent modern decor - all clean and clinical   You do get a nice view though.

Sorry to hear about the drugs. I guess that's a !no pain no gain" moment!

Keep smiling!

Thoughts are with you mate.

All the best mate, make sure you push a few things onto the floor "accidentally" so the nurses have to bend to pick them up.
