there is, there name is like 'Retro Radios' The cores I think are American but they seem to make faces for local cars locally, eg. holden faces for Australia made there but guts from US. There are a number of different types with a variety of options so shop around.
That doesn't look like a standard fit radio, though may be an NZ standard one... they essentially slide into a slot. probably has a securing screw in the bottom, accessed by taking the speaker panel (directly below radio) off and reaching in the hole. I'll just go check on a centre console I have which is off the car.
er I've had a look, forget what I just said... there are two screws (one into each side) into the back side corners of the radio into small plastic extensions of the console, accessed from behind the console via the gloveboxes. undo them and it should slide out forward bar wiring.
