Yes. It is an extremely nice, comprehensively restored P6 (with aircon) but seeing as the VIP's were such only because of a few mainly cosmetic changes which were all done away with during the resto', it seems a bit misleading of the auction house to use that part of its history as a selling point without a proviso stating that it has now lost the very features that made it a VIP & consequently the 'rare' factor.
Still, many people in the market won't care about the VIP history & those that might can easily do a little pre-bid research into what made the cars the limited editions they were, then make their decisions from there.
It's a very nice car though & l trust it will do well at the auction. I hope it outstrips the estimate anyway.
