Totally lost as to what I can do to fix this problem. I have a bypass line from the fuel tank to an electrical pump that feeds to the carbs. The car is driving and all is good. The new line replaced the yellow/red line which I presume is the reserve line. The reserve line is just hanging from one end (near the fuel tank) and the other end still attached to the reserve tap. The main line, the black one, is still attached and untouched at both ends. The car usually had less the 20ltr while we have been working on it. Yesterday it had 20ltr or slightly more and strangely I have a fuel leak at the open end of the yellow/red line. No fuel is going into it so I can't understand why there is so much fuel coming out of it, dripping away. So help is badly needed as my whole house smells like a Shell station now. Thanks guys.
