whats best solvent glue to use on headlinings,vinyls etc
tried numerous sparay glues,,all peel off or remain tacky
garbage stuff
just need some old brush on type evo stik or similar
the stuff that used to work..
any pointers???
my car is white/brown on v5 shows white on dvla
my other car is white and brown but logbook says brown/white !

all it shows up is the first named colour

if ur worried about two pack,and not a professional sprayer and dont want the reactions and sinkage of cellulose,,why not try single pack acrylic??
behaves like celly but easier for amateur use and more durable
buffs up like glass toooooo
i can say this with confidence cos im a qualified car...
they are proper p6 shocks,,seem to work ok....so i guess im ok##
when the others squidged bushes out,it was on the inner hole,,and a tight fit against the washer,,
oh well,if its ok,,ill leave em on....

my noisy front shocks had split type bushes .they kept oozing out in use causing probs

the car was brown but only one original brown panel remains,
rest were good used or new old stock
makes me sick cos wen i was a bodyshop /paintshop foreman,i mixed and tinted my own paints
now im out of the trade as such ,im relying on some spanner jockey matching it up,,sadly most leave a bit...

as for paint.it was painted in lechler ( brand of paint)arctic white- the celly i got mixed today for the blow in on boot is shocking.
(car was poo tobaccoey leafy ,gusset stain brown)
the knocking and groaning on my nearside of my series 2 v8 is eliminated
a new steering side rod,and a shocker has transformed it..
oooooooooooooooooo its soooo smooth :mrgreen:
