Rover 75 2.0 V6 Club SE REDUCED

I know! The Picasso was a good example too, but I know which car I prefer! The 75's being converted to LPG for my parents next week! :D

Hi did you sell your car? I'm looking for a first time purchase - ie first dip into owning a Rover 75 - but am worried about the costs of repair and maintenance.

I did indeed sell the 75 to my parents who now run the car on LPG. I can highly recommend 75s. I covered 10000 miles in mine in 8 months, and it performed faultlessly in that time. The V6s and diesels make most sense. V6s have expensive cambelt changes every 90k miles, but are lovely to drive. Diesels are a bit slow if they're CDTs, but the CDTis are much better. Go for the best example you can find, and you won't be disappointed. Make sure there's plenty of history, and shop around. They're very cheap, but some are cheap for a reason. Is it as a first car?
