Hello,
Last year I returned to Rover P6 ownership after selling my previous P6 a number of years ago. I had been on the lookout for another P6 for a while and had been to look at a couple of cars when in May last year I spotted what is now my car for sale. The car is a 1976 Rover 2200SC Manual with some history and 62k on the clock. I believe the car spent most of its life in the Bolton area before moving to Dumfries and is now with me in Edinburgh. I am the 6th Owner. The car is in good condition, but has a few niggles which need rectified as I use and enjoy it. I have covered 900 mainly trouble-free miles so far.
The car was registered on 16th January 1976 so it is likely to have been built in 1975. Does anyone know what steps I need to take to move the car to ‘Historic’ tax exempt status?
Below are some photos of the car taken last year.
Does anyone recognise the car?
Chris
