I'm sure quite a few of us on here will have some tucked away on their hard drive....
To start us off...
Leicester, November 1966...having swept away the "slums" in this area, the ring road underpass taking shape. Subsequently, the slab-sided architectural gem known as the Holiday Inn would be built in the foreground over the underpass. Thankfully, I can't find a modern equivalent aerial view online.
A City Centre landmark in 1968...the Bell Hotel in Humberstone Gate:
...and its demolition in 1970 to make way for part of the Haymarket Shopping Centre:
