NADA wiper switch feed connection location ??

Short version of a long story . Took the switch panel apart to fit a UK light switch for fog lamps . NADA cars don't have the " Fog" switch position and wiring .NADA wiring connections are all about 6 ins too short for ease of working , how did they put them together on the production line ?
I put it all back together , result no wipers ! Fuse is OK , there is power to the heater , radio etc fed from this fuse .
There is a separate feed from the fuse to the wiper circuits . This feed branches somewhere. One wire goes to the switch and the other is a power feed direct to a terminal on the motor . There is power to the motor and no power to the switch
Conclusion ?? I must have broken the connection where the feed to the switch splits from the feed to the motor?
Question , Where on earth in the confused mess of wiring is the junction for the wiper switch feed connection ??Please don't tell me I need to pull the fuse box !!
Thinks ; I should have left the fog lamps in their boxes!!

According to the wiring diagram on my car (which is not necessarily the same as yours) there are two wires (Brown and Purple) running from the bottom of fuse 21-22. One goes to the switch at terminal 3 and the other goes to the wiper motor to give it power when the switch is off for the self parking system.

If this is the same as yours, to check it, you could run a new wire from the bottom of the fuse to the wiper switch to see if this makes a difference.

Is it the same as this

If not, and the junction is somewhere in the loom, then you could still run a new wire just to check it.

Hi
Thanks for the rapid reply . This part of the wiring diagram is common to our cars .I cannot find the point where the original wiper feed breaks out of the loom . However I discovered one of those old Joe Lucas 4 way bullet connectors , with a spare connector ,buried in a hefty purple and brown feeder in the main harness under the fire wall . I capped the old wiper power feed and ran a new feed from the spare connection. It's not original , but the wipers work again .

I would be careful doing things like that, but then I have had a fuse box melt 110 miles from home

The wires are both in the same terminal in the back of the fuse box. One of these may have be loose, but unlikely.

One goes to the wiper switch and the other one to the wiper motor. They are both brown with a purple tracer. Neither of them go through a junction.

I am just telling you this because the wiring on my car was horrendous when I bought it.

Those wires you have connected into may not be fused.

Not trying to alarm you but be careful. My radio went off when I turned on the map light, you don't want your indicators to stop working when the wipers are on - (just an example, I am not saying that will happen.) :)

Er yes , Hmm etc . Thanks for the advice .
I eventually found the problem with the original wiring ,in addition I discovered the original wiper switch was knackered . Another of the Prince of Darknesses electrical master pieces bites the dust .I stripped the switch and found some of the delicate copper contacts had broken off and were floating at random around the inside of the switch. This led to interesting sequences of wiper mal- operation . Fitted a spare switch and now all is well with the washers and wipers .
