Christmas day is fast approaching so I just wanted to take the opportunity to wish one and all a safe and very Merry Christmas.

Best wishes to you all,
Ron... :D

I'll second that, Ron!

Also, whenever there's a dry fine day this winter, get your P6s out & enjoy them!

All the best to you all,

Phil. :D

Yes hope everyone has a brilliant christmas and a prosperous new year, once all the snow has gone i will be starting the light resto on my series1,Bri :D

Merry Christmas to one & all... Be sure to give those P6's a festive stretch of the legs...! Here's to a tremendous 2010...

...and don't forget to report back on all those nice car related christmas pressies !, I've put in my usual machine-mart wishlist

Merry Christmas !

Merry Christmas from Spain.

As I lived in England (and enjoyed the whole of your wonderful country) two years ago I know that your way of celebrating Christmas is a bit different that mine. Not so different though, just a little bit.

For instance for us the most important moment is Christmas Eve, so the night of 24th is when families gather for a very special dinner (and impossible to finish). 25th lunch is not so important and usually we eat the leftovers of the night before, in case the stomach is still ready to accept something after previous excess. Not easy.

Merry christmas to you all.
I am looking forward to have some days off from work, and perhaps spend some hours in the garage when the family are occupied with other activities.
My third child was born this summer  he and my other children an wife has had my priority of time, making the project in the garage look like a never ending story.

And a Merry Christmas from NZ. Like Ron from NSW, our festive season is marked by hot weather. This is a far cry from our ancestors from the UK who had the traditional snow , holly, etc. However I shall be getting the P6 out and give it a chance to show its performance on the open road, while always complying with the road rules, of course!

Merry Christmas to all from a cold and snowy Scotland

I spent many years living in England and enjoyed your  country too :)

Hope everyone has a very festive and merry (hic!) Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

All the best

Dave

Hahaha, sorry Dave! I should have to have written "Britain" instead of "England"!

Bear in mind that here in the South we do not make a difference. England is England and "Scotland" is just part of "England". In short, "England" means "United Kingdom".

I know it is wrong, but anyway I lived in the Midlands (Far Cotton, Northampton), so my whole phrase is not that wrong!

But I love Scotland as well. We went up there this last summer and our time there was simply fantastic! To be repeated, no doubt!

Maybe Ireland (both) for 2010 summer vacation. We'll see.

I heartily echo the sentiment of this thread, and I'd also like to wish everybody who frequents this forum a very merry festive season and the best for the new decade. I hope to complete my P6 restoration during 2010 (although the amount of time I've taken so far suggests that is perhaps unlikely!), and I wish the best to all forum members restoring their own P6. May Santa bring you the replacement parts you richly deserve! Don't forget that drinking and driving don't mix, and party hearty!

- echo to all that - have a Merry Xmas and a Peaceful New Year - can't wait to get my P6 out and about once all that 'orrible white stuff has melted away and the roads are clean and dry once again -

Merry Christmas Lads to you and yours. A huge thanks to all of you who have helped me out with my various problems during the year and my very best wishes for 2010 :D . If you're in the northern end like myself keepim indoors till the thaw!!
Kind Regards,
Dave
