Hi everyone! My name is Dom and I am finally experiencing the "open road, open world" after recently passing my driving test and I am happy to say that it is all thanks to my Rover 2000 TC.
In the beginning, after trawling the internet for weeks for my first car, my dad received a call from an old friend.
"I've just found a car in my dad's shed, want to have a look?".
Little did I know this question was a life saver! A 1972 2000 TC awaited us when we arrived. Unused since 1982, it had some bumps and bruises but it's a start, and a bloody good one at that in my opinion.
After a short time and a bit of work on the car, I was finally in a position to take some lessons and get my license, and I have loved every moment since.
I was informed about this forum after joining an owner's club and thought I would give it a whirl!
I look forward to reading about all the projects currently being undertaken, all of the projects that are still seeing the light of day, and all of the drivers that make it happen.
Thanks for reading,
Dominic
