Front bonnet rubber bumps

Objective

Has anyone found a good source or substitute for front bonnet rubber bumps - the x2 rubber bumps either side of the bonnet leading edge. The current items have a gooey substance on the end of an adjustable spigot. The spiggot looks functional but I have reason to believe the black, cracked, gooey stuff at the end of each used to be a rubber bump-stop.
I was thinking I could adapt a rubber bung of the type that Wickes (other brands available. . . ) sell. Or is it best to approach the usual suppliers. What do you ask for??
Ideas/coments very welcome?
Hope everyone is having a super 2024 so far.

bought mine at wins too. Plus I bought the small rubber bonnet plugs? that go along edges of the bonnet.

"Unpleasant fruit pastilles"!!! Yep, exactly the size and shape of the blackcurrant flavour ones!

On the taste test, I think I got a hint of saddle, some blackcurrent, but unfortunately rather dominated by the acrid aftertaste and long finish . . .

Ahh! So that's what they are called and I see now what they <should> look like - thanks Quattro et al.
(I'm not sure the 'deposits' I have were actually the original fitting . . . :hmm: )
