Hi to all,
Firstly I hope everyone and their families are safe and well in these trying times. I also hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas, and the new year will bring some much needed return, to some semblance of normality.
So....just bought a 1973 P6 V8. I have lusted after one for many years. I wasn't actually looking for one, but this old girl came up and couldn't resist. Have several things to do. First will be a front end rebuild. Then I'll start the rear end. Want to get the car driving very nice, before I attack a few of the little rust bubbles. I'm sure this car would be known to Rover guys here in Oz, so if you have any info, please let me know.
Not new to cars, and have a bit of an eclectic mix. '78 928 Manual, '77 Fiat X1/9, '76 Dolomite 1850, '03 Saab 9-5 Aero, 05 Megane 225 Sport and a couple of daily drivers. Pretty handy with a spanner, but will probably need to lean on the expertise of some of you guys here, so please be patient with me.
Cheers
Scott
