Seen this C plate 2000 a couple of times on the Morse prequel, and I'm sure it's got a TC badge on it.

Aren't the first TCs D reg?

It was Nick's car in the first two episodes, but then it mysteriously reapeared with a TC badge on the bonnet outside the factory in the third episode!

Only we would spot that and care though :roll:
 
I spotted the rogue TC and immediately got on to Nick who doesn't know who it belongs to :roll:

Maybe not - I have seen the C Plate car and I've seen the TC. Just assumed they were one and the same as the same person was being driven around in it.

I concluded that the factory scenes must have been shot int' north and Nick couldn't or didn't want to take his car up to them.
 
It wasn't just me that saw the TC badge then.

I'm certain I clocked it as well.

Cracking TV show and perhaps the only continuity error I noticed - apart from the same Blue Triumph Herald that popped up every 20 minutes or so of the final episode. :)
 
The people who provide the cars for filming have, I think, bought a car to use in the series.

I am not fussed as mine has taken damage during the filming and isn't really suitable.

Yes I spotted that too. Last episode was a bit of a Rover-fest. There was a P4 parked at Morse's Dad's house and a P5 shown elsewhere too :D

News to me it got damaged nick ??! , what damage was done and why did you not notify us at the time.

The TC was mine in the last two episodes , but unfortunately in the new series being filmed now , Bright (the senior officer ) doesn't haven't a car , cutting costs I guess
 
I saw this program first time tonight and remembering this thread stayed on channel to watch the various cars, must say soon was more interested in the quality of the writing, production values and acting etc.
Shall look forward to more of this series ..oh and of course the cars in it to :LOL:
