As the next stage to getting into one of these beasts.
Is anyone in the North West and willing to let me sit in it to make sure I fit (I'm 6ft 8" tall) and perhaps take me for a little spin??

My first car, the first car I bought back in 1977 was a 1968 2000TC.

It's not supposed to be a list of what I own now, it's a list of what I owned in the past.

I only have one now, the Lunar Grey one in my avatar.

You are about 60 miles away from here.

If you did want to pop over I would take you for a spin in it, but you won't be able to drive it I'm afraid.

I am just of of junction 35 of the M1.

There are probaly a few people a lot closer than me though.

Thanks mate, ahhh understand your list now (ok I'm a bit slow )
would never expect to drive it, just to get a feel for it going down the road from the passenger seat and a quick fit behind the wheel to make sure I fit.

It will be off the road for a short while soon, as soon as the builders can be bothered to fit me a door onto my garage. But it won't be for long.
