A new name and a new Mot!

Hi all,

A small but not insignificant (to me :oops: ) announcement......
After about 7 weeks of incredibly hard and tiring work by Stejack of this (and another) forum, the Rover, formerly known as Lemmy The Lemon has passed his MOT today, with no head shaking or advisories and a LOT of admiring glances:LOL:

In honour of this prestigious occasion it is time to rename him...... Hence forth he shall be known as

RON the Rover. 8)

He will be making the 200 mile journey home at the weekend, at which point he may consent to some photos to show off his new 5 litre coat of paint :shock:

A project thread will follow to show what happened whilst he was hiding.

Now we have to wait till the next episode. Only half the reveal, he says falling down the stairs eastender stylie :LOL:

Edit in the excitment I forgot to say well done on the M.O.T pass :mrgreen:
 
Describing Ron as a 5 ltr (of paint) is genius! Well done on the MoT and waiting with baited breath for the weekend.

Add my congrats Jim, i know he is now Ron but I might slip up now and then calling him Ronnie Rover. Waiting for the pics

Is it black? I can't make it out properly. 14" Rostyles? Nice job there fellas, lets have some snapshots from the side.
 
Looking good, not sure about having 2 ne'erdowells sitting on newly painted alloy bonnet though :LOL:
