Hi all just to bring you up to date the P6 that had been in the garage for 15 has a stuck valve. On start up you could hear that all was not right and as a result the push rod was bent and the Valve in the picture is stuck open. I can not move it any way I have tried everything to no joy. I have no other option but to remove the head, so this is what I have started to do. Hope the Pictures come out ok.

Do I need to do both heads or just the damaged on ?

Any advice that you have would be most welcome.

Once the first head is off you're so close to having the second one removed it would be a bit shortsighted not to remove it if only to replace the head gasket.
