Yellow TC with AC/sundym (US eBay)

That is a very nice looking car. Will be interesting to see what it sells for.
Yes, April Yellow is one of my favourite colours too. I really like the pastel shades Rover used in the 60's.

Looking at the ad, there is a picture where you can see the boot floor. In the pic it doesn't look Yellow (looks more like grey or green?). Just wondered if is this normal for an S1 US car as I would expected it to have been yellow?

In my experience boot floors often escaped top coat colour and got released with a sort of greyish primer colour on them. So that looks correct for factory original to me.

It certainly has the "look " some cars have it some don't . Really like that , another 4 cylinders and it'd be perfect :D

If I were a wealthy man, I'd have that. It's gorgeous in April yellow, and seeing it has just reinforced how much I want a set of slimmer NADA sidestrips when I eventually have enough spare cash to get the car resprayed. The only thing I don't like about the april yellow car is where the radio has been mounted.

One bid and sold for USD$6700.

Looks to be in lovely condition. Can't recall seeing one before in that colour, very nice indeed.

Hello folks,

I have bought the yellow TC on eBay. It will arrive in Virginia this week. It'll join a P4 100 and a 2003 LR Discovery in my garage. I've had a number of Rovers and have loved them all. The Forum is a great resource and I am looking forward to learning from all the experts and sharing my experiences.

Best to all,

DavidG

Well done our David!

We look forward to hearing much more about this car. I've always hankered after a 4 cylinder with the Rover-Delanair system. Arguably the rarest P6 of them all!
