Wire Wheels - Wires on eBay

Hi All,
take a look at these 4533642810 on eBay, can you put them on a V8 or is it going to rip the spokes from the rims?

I saw these yesterday - had a word with my p6 expert -
Following points made:-

1. Stuffed if you have a puncture - ie set of 4 not 5!
2. Spokes on wire wheels break if you hit a pothole - very fiddly to replace and very difficult to maintain alignment.
3. If you floor it with a V8 they will "wobble" and affect roadholding.
4. For V8 have to be a min of 72 spokes

Apart from that a good idea!
