Refurbing my rear calipers, very impressed with the engineering, Do these look 40 year old?
Or have they been replaced at some time? 73000 on the clock, no reason to not belive it.

Trouble is the cup pistons. The rewind piece is missing and the plating is n*c*ered.

Are they avaiable? Or do I have to repair them and have them replated?

Any suggestions?

I'd say that was original. I've seen them replated but don't know who does them. It's not a hydraulic piston so if that would clean up some more and it had the missing bit on it then I'd be happy to use it. The reason it's corroded there, and why that won't be a problem, is that it's on the outside, even with new pads.
