What the ****

Well, in Spanish the word "shit" is not a swearword as rude as it is in English.

So I think I am eligible to say SHIT! Lots of additional Spanish sweardwords come to my mind, but... no meaning for you at all, so no sense to write them.

Just to say that, fortunately, I am not the owner of that thing!!

Regards

Yeah, I know, like anyone who's racing or using a radio controlled car is going to choose a p6, especially of that get up.

The company that makes these do a wide range of old British cars, they even do a P6 estate! It seems that there is a group of RC car enthusiasts that enjoy recreating Banger racing (hence the paintjob) which is quite sad really, but better they do it on a smaller scale than with real cars I guess. However, I did buy one of these shells a few years back and it's not too bad a likeness in 1:10 scale. One day I'll get around to painting it and putting it on a chassis. Needless to say it will be painted to look like a proper car!

They must know their cars and not just a corporate "pick 10 old cars to make" type thing to make a p6 estate! My hats off to them..... :)

They seem to. Go to their site and look under (sigh :( ) 'Banger racing bodies' There is a weird and wonderful selection there.

Mardave also do one http://www.mardavespares.com/index.php? ... cts_id=123

A while back I did consider sourcing some cheap R/C base cars and fitting these bodies, then selling them as R/C Classics, sprayed up to match your road car, would be a neat toy. Would need more detail though really, Kyosho used to do a nice classic mini kit, I've got one somewhere, had nice chrome / lights etc.. Like this but green.
