Well I'll take the high road . . .

Went on a jaunt to bonnie Scotland on Friday in my 3500S. My destination was Edinburgh - some 235 miles from my home in Cheshire.
I decided to take the scenic route, so left the motorway just after Carlisle and took the A7 through Hawick. Coming back the next day I took a different route, the A701 through Moffat which in my opinion was even more scenic. All in all I travelled just under 500 miles in my P6 and it ran like a dream returning 26 mpg which is slightly less than I got on my 1000 mile trip to Cornwall in June.
Here are a couple of pictures I took while on my highland fling!

Thanks - as you can see I have now managed to attach the pictures. Brilliant tool - thanks again! (PeterZRH told me how to resize my pictures after I had said I had struggled initially to attach them)
