Hi all, I sold my V8 a couple of years ago and have missed it ever since so I am now going to start looking for a cheap one to cure my p6itus.
I have only managed to save up a few hundred pounds so far and went out this week to view a 2000sc which was advertised in classics weekly for £500. It had been standing for a while and was a non runner but has a very nice leather interior. Most of the panels were very good as were the inner sills but the whole car was smothered in birds mess. I wanted to save her but i think it's a bit to much for me to take on.
Since then some nice person has scratched my main car that we use everyday and left no details so it looks like some of my savings will have to put this right first. Why do these things happen , I am not going to give up thou and I will get one soon ,so I hope to add some photos once I get one and you can tell me what you think. I fancy one in Cameron green as my dad owned one years ago and it used to shine like a button and it's when I first got hooked on the P6.
