V8 3500 Auto Box - No forward gears

Hi i posted something the other day about my gearbox not having any forward drive i think i got confused with it so let me try again.

HELP I HAVE NO FORWARD GEARS i have filled the box up with gearbox oil and it still dont work reverse is fine.
 
This happened to me about a month ago (see post Oh God, total loss of drive). I took the box to an autobox place who stripped it, and found it had worn all the friction material from all the clutches and from the drive bands, so it was a total rebuild. Sorry.
