time ticks away as does the clock in my 3500S
up to now, I’ve fixed the tachometer, the speedo had a new cable, the gear lever extension has had all the bushes renewed.
the brakes have been checked the two nails holding the front brake pads have now got the proper pins. Oil pressure gauge and light now works,
a new choke cable,a new fuel pump
shes had a new oil filter, a set of plugs, the dash top repaired.
various after market items removed, wiper motor now repaired, dash panel Perspex replaced, a recored radiator and fan belt, a set of coolant hoses and a set of breather hoses.
steering pump rebuild and a new filter and belt with the fluid.
a polish.
still to do some new tyres and door locks to sort an inertia switch for the fuel pump. passenger door needs a bit of alignin,
then some new door cards and a refurb on the leather seats

Here's hoping you are rewarded with many miles of trouble free motoring after all that expense.
Looks like a nice solution to concealing speakers on the parcel shelf, following the shapes of the rear seat backs.
Any chance of a couple more pics of that detail, Paul?

I’m away until next Tuesday I can send some pics then although I didn’t do them like it when I got the car
 
That's looking pretty tidy, Paul. It's satisfying to get things looking 'right'.

I haven't seen the front of an airbox like that one before - a standard one has a 'trumpet' sticking forwards. However, even that isn't great for getting cool air into the carbs :confused:
