unleaded in a v8?

Any one got advice ref. unleaded in a 3500 1975 with sd1
heads?? Do I need to get one of the in-line lead substitute thingies or change the timing or just use super un-leaded and do nothing else.????

Don't waste your hard earned money on an in-line thingy (They don't work) Sd1 - heads suitable (Super) unleaded apparently - Have you got a Shell Optimax station near you ?
