Top $$$ but pretty immac P5B

Does look very nice. These command a high price when sold here in Australia too.

The carburettors appear to have been changed for HIF6 models, and the brake fluid reservoir needs topping up. Speaking of which, I thought that they were like an old jam tin on these cars, or was the clear Girling issue as per P6B fitted at some point as standard?

Later cars had the plastic reservoir.

Very rare in New Zealand now; most were exported in the 90's
Nicely presented but the steering wheel cover cracks me up...

Had a look at it in the weekend, its a nice car but certainly not worth the asking price a good 10 K over the top, there is nicer about for less.
I remember my uncle had one of these new at the time looked identical to this one, I would love to see the registration papers to see who owned it first, there wern't many of these about in Christchurch at that time and now as GW has said even less.
The tide price wise seems to have turned the other way with UK P5B and coupe' being now cheaper than in NZ however cars here which were NZ new generally have very little rust and P6's mostly nil on the rust count.
