Hello all!
Wow, this took a bit of finding, my old links stopped working. Well done Richard Webmaster for keeping the forum running.
Where have I been? Well, to be honest I lost interest in my car for a while after the Alps trip last summer. The front tyres wore out alarmingly quickly and it was more than just screeching round hairpins, the suspension was rattling and the brakes felt crap so I just didn't use it much or feel like fixing it. I had a few busy weeks at work which meant I didn't have time to post on here either and I just got out of the habit of posting.
I did use the P6 for the MSA Classic Rally in September though which was good fun and in August it got used to transport Jane and myself to our wedding. It looked fantastic in the sunshine with the ribbons on in gardens but no one bothered to photograph it for me - lots of pictures of relatives in hats but none of my car.
So anyway, I've got my enthusiasm back (now the bathroom has been fitted) and I've started on the suspension to make it nice to drive again, it might even get some fresh paint too.
I've caught up with the projects, particularly Sowen, BBlongman, Quattro and Chrisyork, all exiting and inspirational so I'm ready to start work on mine. I've just spotted Vaultsman's took his car to bits again too.
Cheers,
