'Stunning 1972 3500S' on carandclassic.co.uk...

It looks the business.
its cars like this with a colour combo I really like that makes me wonder why I like the series one, s.
then I see a series one and wonder why I'd look at anything else
I think this looks pure class.

Very nice, almost minimalist. Bling isn't always best.

I decided a while ago that my sage green series 2 3500 won't be getting Vitesse alloys after all but couldn't decide what wheels to choose instead. I have two different types of rostyles but I'd forgotten I also have a smart set of hubcaps just like the ones on this car. These will look just the part on my minimalist 3500.

Of course it's pure class. It's Tobacco Leaf.

I'm almost tempted to have my roof panel powder coated in the same guff that my quarter panels were done in. The black roof looks classy.

That's about 15-20 minutes from me.

£10k for Tobacco Leaf though? What next, £15k for Almond? ;)

Not when the almond car has a black roof it isn't!
Well, to be honest I like both and I was just saying that to see if stina was awake?
black rooves do it for me unless its a dark coloured car

A black roof on an almond looks superb!
but so does one on a t/leaf too.
I like both, huntsman on darker colours and bleack on the lighter ones.
can ypu imagine a huntsman roof on an avacado or a paprika car?

A quandry to which they is only one satisfactory solution.....

I love the Series 1 especially with rostyles and a thin stripe. However I deeply envy the Series 2 full instrument panel......
