Hello,
Planning to install a modern stereo in the old P6 (2000 TC -72),
any suggestion from where i shall feed the current?
Can i connect to one of the fuses? And if, how many amps, that is: whisch fuse shall i use?
Many thanks!
Jonas
You should have a radio feed already wired from the ignition switch ,If your stereo needs a permanent live for it's memory you can use the cigarette lighter feed
Use fuses as recommended by the stereo manufacturer - typically 10 amps or less
There is normally a pick up for the radio behind the central switch panel but this is only on when the ignition is on. I take a feed from the cigar lighter for a perm live and fit an inline fuse.
