Steel Brake Pipe from Fluid res to master cylinder

Hi All
Have a leak from the connector pipe going into master cylinder from fluid resavoir. The leak is not on the thread but between the pipe and the connector.
Does any one know the thread size on the connecter as the pipe is bigger than the normal brake pipe and appears to be manufactured in steel hence the corrosion. Can they be purchassed new or is it a make your own.

You'll have to make your own. I can't remember the thread size for certain, but I think it's 3/8" UNF.
