SPOTTED!!! Rover 3500S for repair!

Just down the road from me.

from the photo it doesn't look too badly damaged, front valance, bumber and passenger side wing - not sure about the bonnet.

Is that amount of damage likely to have distorted the main shell of the car ?

I don't see that being any problem to repair, the problems arise if the crossmember moves back, and I doubt that has happened to this one. It will just be the to projections on the front that the inner bumper irons mount to that need pulling out and maybe some reshaping of the inner wings. The biggest other problem is that the impact of the accident shakes out all the rot in the inner sills that was just hanging on in there.

I used to like repairing them when they were like that, but left them alone when the crossmember went back as they never came out properly due to the crumple zones..

If anyone takes the project on I have all the panels bar front panel and 7 litres of cameron green paint. (07967 920530). Ill do you a deal :D
