That's what's in my '73, IanP6man is quite right, it doesn't tilt, I've just realised what that means, it just slides. It developed a quirky habit of opening all by itself when it rained, but declined to close electrically, so I had to wind it manually closed. I wore out the soft plastic four-sided piece on the ratchet provided, had to resort to a bicycle spoke key. Removed the headliner (and knackered it in the process like a f**kwit) to discover that the tray is virtually rusted away, but I've yet to remove the vinyl to find out if the roof is still salvageable.
I hope to renovate the sunroof and panel and recover it with new Everflex, if it seems feasible once I've stripped it.
I could do with some photos of an undamaged headliner indicating the width of the cloth panels and where the seams are, if anybody could help I'd be very grateful.
