Series 1 TC gear lever parts request

I am looking for some small parts for a series 1 TC .
Specifically the rubber sleeves and distance tubes that fit around the bolt that holds the gearshift lever plate to the transmission tunnel.
The parts manual lists them as parts 561215 and 561216.
I have been unable to find these from any of my parts vendors in North America.
Does anyone have a source for these?

I'd be interested to know this myself, as I am located in U.S. state of Ohio, and have the same issues.
 
Very rare parts - we did the linkage on a 1967 2000TC last year with a combination of bushes, including some NOS ones obtained from Pierre in South London. I only have a mobile number for him (he's a well known Rover parts man) - PM me for the contact details.
