Rover for sale in Italy

Yes, of course , the Italian plates, particulary on the old cars were a lot smaller on the front than uk plates. Remember they were fitted to one side , rather than centrally, on Alfa Romeos such as the 1950's Guilietta (as in "Day of the Jackal", starring Edward fox.), or the 105 series Guilia Spyder, (as in "The Graduate", starring Dustin Hoffman).

On the back they were still smaller, but only slightly so. I remember ordering a rear square number plate chrome surround for my Fiat 132 , from Italy, and found out the difference, thinking only the fronts were smaller.
