Same thing applies to the early internals (the posts with sleeves and the block with the "X" stamped on it) I just won't use them. If I overhaul a caliper it gets all the late bits. Just my way of doing things.
Sorted. With those O-rings removed the calipers are pivoting freely. They're plumbed in and bled so now I just need to refit the handbrake mechanisms and the diff mounting bracket.
Sorry Harvey, I confess that I've done it all without removing the discs, but taking the bracket off the diff gives almost as good access.
