Spotted the police car - the pukka one - coming onto the A3 roundabout at Cobham on Sunday, as I was waiting to come out of the preceeding exit. I was in the SD1, so if I'd been 30 seconds earlier I could have flashed him. And He could've done me for inappropriate use of the headlights...
