hi guys!
i took some photo's of my scrapyard and here they are!
some cars making progress and some still hibernating!
the blue car without a grill is a g reg 2000sc auto.
not really gonna excite lewis hamilton but it did stat vand run y'day so will be together and mot'd soon!
in the garage is my series one five speed 3500 which will be unleashed on the mot station this week weather permitting!
lurking under layers of crap in the garage is my main project car awaiting respray\\1
actually awaiting me earning money for the flipping re-spray! a series 1 3500
the white bonneted car is a series 2 in disguise!
a 3500 auto, again, not that far from mot!
the almond beast is my road car , painfully overdue for needy work, a 3500 5 speeder
not featured is my 3500 5 speed conversion car being done at my mechanics house
under the blue tarp' was a paprika 3500s the last time i looked.
which way do i turn first!

ah,
i take it its the ones on my almond hiccuping v8?
they sat 'dunlop' on the wheel centre caps!
i've seen similar on fords such as the ganada/consul used on occasion on the 'sweeny'.
yes, i am the sort of sad nurd who watches programmes such as that and 'heartbeat' to look at the old cars!
i'm a complete knob when it comes to mechanics but i can change a wheel so i have about 8 different sets of alloys for my p6's and it does change the look of the car.
i put some 'revolution' wheels on my 2000 '69' car last week and being a series 1 with no side strips it gave it a smoothed over custom look!
then i stood further back and relised i'd not put the bumper on!
oops!

another lurker
this is my main project hence it gets shoved to the back and forgitten!
forgotten even!
to be sprayed in the summer when i've sold my kidneys probably!
CORRECTION!
i can't find a pic for the above so here is a very shy 3500s
in winter plumage obviously hibernating to bloom in the spring!
there goes one of my lungs !

I've always liked the look of those Dunlop wheels after having them on a (four stud) MGB V8. Only snag with them is that the rim is steel rivetted to an alloy centre - so if anything goes wrong (kerb, road salt etc) they are a nightmare to rebuild. I'm intrigued as to where these originated and how well they fit the P6 - what size tyres have you got on them? Could they be ex Reliant Scimitar?

Hi, seeing as you've got quite a collection of alloy wheels, if you get bored of a set i may be interested in another set. As you can see by my avatar pic, i have alloys on that. (Not sure what they are off, any ideas???).
Thanks
Glen.

sure can!
i have i think about about 7 or 8 different sets
not all have nuts and centres though
getting hold of the correct ones is a mare and an expensive one at that!
its time to change the ones on the almond car i think!
if i get time (some hope!) i may use the almond one as a model for them all so you can take your pick!

Nice one, thanks.
Ill look forward to the wheel fashion show. Where abouts are you (just in case i like what i see)!!!
Glen
