I hope the Parisians treat it with disdain it deserves. Banning sales of new diesels and not buying diesel buses would help more.

Totally stupid and unnecessary really. "pre-97" is a problem that very rapidly fixing itself, the economics simply don't favour running such old vehicles except a tiny number with special status.
