How old were the Rotors on your car? The rotors on my 1969 Rover are original, but they are noisy. I need to fit new anti rattle springs to the calipers, but realistically I need to get my rotors turned or replaced. My car stops well, but the noise is starting to bother me. The calipers have the original seals in them. I have had the brake servo rebuilt once. I do like telling people that the car has the original rotors. There car is registered in a state in Australia with no annual inspections! I am thinking that Rotor replacement might be the next project the next time I head to Australia.

What do we call rotors in Blighty? :? Do you mean the discs? I don't know, they're the ones that were on the car when I bought it 6 years back so they could be the originals. It was off the road a lot before & after I got it.

Do you want to borrow this?
Took it off a customers car the other week, you can give it a skim like he did with his
Who said the recession is over? :p
