MY LATE GRAN HAD A SERIES 1 ROVER V8 3.5

I am new and live in Plymouth, Devon. My late gran who passed away back in 1999 had a series 1 V8 P6 in her garage unmoved for 25yrs! I used to play in it as a nipper and she left it to me in her will; I foolishly sold it to a guy from Liskeard, Cornwall for £75 as a restoration project. Ive since discovered he scrapped it as it was completely rusted out!

It was a fairly recent episode of Car SOS on channel 4 that refuelled my love for this truly classic car.

I just need to win the lottery now and try and find a good one...

Its also worth mentioning that I have OCD which makes me obsessed with fine details so if I harp on a bit too much you will all know why !!

I am sure that you will find one. Be sure to post lots of photos before you buy, that way you'll receive feedback that you can take on board before making the final decision.

I'm from Plymouth, more precisely Plympton. I used to drive my 1974 3500 V8 to Hele's School in 1989. The others had Metros, Renault 5s and Escorts.
