May need hood (bonnet) lock for RHD car

Hi All

I may be installing a radio in the 2000 TC I've added a factory Delenair AC to. If I put it in the factory location, I'll need a bonnet lock assembly from a RHD car as the release gets relocated to the right hand side. If you haven't already guessed it's a NADA car.

Hi Vern,

i had the impression that all series 1 cars (like mine) regardless being RHD or LHD had the bonnet release on the right side.
Was it relocated only for NADA cars?

All NADA cars have the release in the left hand glove box. Initially it didn't make a difference in parts, because the lock was a three piece affair and wasn't handed. By the time the TC was introduced they had adopted a one piece handed lock.
