C42 Dynamo wanted dead or alive as I am prepared to fit a reconditioning kit to it.
My own is beyond repair by virtue of the fact that the bearings and bushes have absolutely had it. It was still charging but shaking so much the bolts for the mounting bracket vibrated out of the side of the block!
The dynamo front plate is scrap will not accept a new bearing.
At the moment I have fitted the more common C40 from my daughters mini with suitable spacing.
I am in Scarborough, North Yorks, so most probably would have to ask it to be posted.
