interior wood

hi ilike the dark look , i have black carpets and seats etc with dark wood , i think it looks good. lol.
but then im not known for my interior designs.
i do like that cream interior and woodwork looks very smart

I too looked long and hard at the Formica catalogue...... and came up with this 8)

I've got 'wenge' trim fitted in mine. I know it's not standard, and it's quite dark against the 'blackness' of the interior but I like it :D
 
Well now, that looks very classy. I didn't realise Ron was going to look good on the inside at the same time as looking good on the outside! Those usually alternate in 5 year cycles!

Here's real (aluminium backed) wood from Roy Payne's 'A' suffix 2000. Wood fitted from the start to car number 40005800A, August 1964.

September 1964 to, I think, 1966 or 1967. Need to research when the change actually was. This was certainly the wood fitted by 1st September 1964, as that was when my car was built (on the second day after the traditional two week Rover holiday).
