I think this is one reason the Rover V8 isn't favoured by everyone, over here in the UK anyway.

Certainly in the UK you can get 'better' V8s (more power etc) for less expense nowadays - though that wouldn't fit within the 3600cc limit :)
 
Well it's nearly official. It's taken time but the planning stages are nearly over. I've found an engineer who's comfortable with my proposal - I just need to reference a few things and it's time to pull out the KENT for some Rover goodness :)

in terms of lemon-ness - anyone seen the Disney Film Cars 2? there's a Rover V8 not being very well represented in it :)
